IPOL – International Project Oriented Laboratory

“IPOL – International Project Oriented Laboratory” is part of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students – BWS plus, a program of the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung. The project runs from September 2018 until August 2022 and is supported with an amount of 105,000 €.

Aims of the project

International students from partner universities and Reutlingen students are working together in internationally mixed teams, following the principles of researching learning. This results in an increase in intercultural competence both for the incomings and the regular students. This kind of learning will be enriched by special workshops and trainings.

Working together in project teams, both German and international students are assisted in developping intercultural competences. The special makeup of the laboratory results in mixing of different backgrounds, nations, cultures and approaches to solutions which will in the end be profitable for all sides.
